I wrote Average2Savage and created The Smith Forum because I have been exactly where you are. In many ways I still am. I spent years attached to self-help jargon and fluffy techniques that created more anxiety and more depression in my life. I have seen very clearly how a lack of action in one's life is the exact recipe for disaster. I have also seen very clearly how taking more and more action, both mentally and physically, is the cure-all. My mission here is to continue to experience what I'm capable of and to help you do the same.
